On May 8, 2019, members of the International Society for Applied Chess attended a lecture on “Sports Status of Electronic and Intellectual Sports” at the National Sports Academy, Bulgaria. The lecturer was Dr. Filip Kobiela – Professor of Philosophy of Sport at the University of Physical Education and Sport in Krakow, Poland. He presented his research related to the theory and philosophy of e-sports and board games.
The visit of Filip Kobiela was part of the calendar of scientific events in the framework of the international exchange of teachers and researchers under the Erasmus + program.
